Role of Live Love Travel, LLC as a Travel Advisor

Live Love Travel, LLC operates exclusively as an independent travel advisor and travel concierge service. The company does not own, manage, operate, supervise, or control airlines, cruise lines, hotels, resorts, transportation providers, tour operators, event organizers, or any other travel-related supplier. Our role is limited to providing professional planning services, research, consultation, coordination, and booking assistance based on client requests and information supplied by third-party providers. All travel products and services are furnished by independent suppliers who operate under their own terms, conditions, and operational standards.

By engaging Live Love Travel, LLC, you acknowledge that we act solely as an intermediary between you and the travel supplier and that the performance, quality, safety, and delivery of travel services are the sole responsibility of those suppliers.

Assumption of Risk and Nature of Travel

You acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks that are beyond the control of Live Love Travel, LLC. These risks may include, but are not limited to, delays, cancellations, missed connections, supplier insolvency, equipment failure, weather conditions, illness, injury, loss of property, acts of nature, government actions, civil unrest, or global events such as pandemics. By participating in travel services arranged through Live Love Travel, LLC, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with travel and agree that Live Love Travel, LLC shall not be held responsible for outcomes resulting from circumstances outside our direct control.

Client Responsibility and Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at all times. This includes your legal name as it appears on government-issued identification or passports, date of birth, contact information, citizenship, residency status, travel preferences, and any medical or accessibility considerations. Live Love Travel, LLC relies entirely on the information provided by you when coordinating bookings. Errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information may lead to denied boarding, denied entry, additional fees, or loss of funds, for which Live Love Travel, LLC shall bear no responsibility.

Pricing, Quotes, and Availability

All pricing provided by Live Love Travel, LLC is subject to availability and supplier confirmation at the time of booking. Travel pricing may fluctuate due to market demand, currency exchange rates, fuel surcharges, taxes, government fees, or supplier policy changes. Quotes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed until full payment is received and written confirmation is issued by the supplier. Live Love Travel, LLC is not responsible for price changes occurring before booking or for additional charges imposed by suppliers after confirmation.

Payments, Deposits, and Financial Obligations

By authorizing Live Love Travel, LLC to process payments on your behalf, you agree to comply with all supplier payment schedules and deadlines. Many travel suppliers require non-refundable deposits or full payment by specific dates. Failure to remit payment on time may result in automatic cancellation without notice and forfeiture of funds. You acknowledge and accept that most travel payments are non-refundable and that Live Love Travel, LLC shall not be liable for financial losses due to missed payments or supplier-imposed penalties.

Cancellations, Modifications, and Refunds

All cancellations, changes, or refund requests are governed strictly by the policies of the respective travel suppliers. Live Love Travel, LLC does not control supplier refund decisions, cancellation penalties, or processing timelines. Refunds, if approved, may take several weeks or months to process. You acknowledge that service fees paid to Live Love Travel, LLC may be non-refundable and that denied refunds are the sole responsibility of the supplier.

Travel Insurance Recommendation

Live Love Travel, LLC strongly recommends the purchase of comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unexpected events such as trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, delays, or supplier insolvency. If you decline travel insurance, you expressly acknowledge that you assume full financial responsibility for any losses incurred and agree that Live Love Travel, LLC shall not be liable for expenses that could have been covered by insurance.

Passports, Visas, and Entry Requirements

You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with passport validity requirements, visa regulations, transit permits, vaccination mandates, and entry rules for all destinations and transit countries. Passport validity often extends beyond the return date, and requirements vary by nationality. Live Love Travel, LLC does not guarantee entry into any destination and shall not be responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, deportation, or additional costs resulting from documentation deficiencies.

 

Health, Medical, and Physical Fitness Responsibility

You acknowledge that Live Love Travel, LLC does not provide medical advice and assumes no responsibility for your physical condition, health status, or ability to travel. You are responsible for consulting medical professionals regarding vaccinations, medications, and fitness for travel. Participation in excursions, activities, or experiences is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.

Force Majeure and Events Beyond Control

Live Love Travel, LLC shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, losses, or damages resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government regulations, labor strikes, mechanical failures, weather conditions, or acts of terrorism. Such events may result in altered itineraries or loss of funds without eligibility for refunds.

Third-Party Supplier Liability Disclaimer

All travel services are provided by independent suppliers. Live Love Travel, LLC shall not be liable for supplier negligence, service failures, accidents, injuries, death, property damage, or financial losses. Any claims must be pursued directly with the supplier.

 

Group Travel Terms

Group travel arrangements involve additional complexities and risks, including participant cancellations, pricing adjustments, and rooming changes. Each traveler is individually responsible for their obligations. Live Love Travel, LLC is not responsible for disputes or defaults among group participants.

Affiliate Relationships and Compensation

Live Love Travel, LLC may receive commissions or affiliate compensation from suppliers or partners. These relationships do not affect pricing or recommendations unless disclosed. Affiliate services operate independently and are governed by their own terms.

Intellectual Property Rights

All website content, itineraries, documents, branding, and materials created by Live Love Travel, LLC remain the exclusive property of the company and may not be reproduced, distributed, or reused without written consent.

 

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Live Love Travel, LLC’s liability is limited to the amount paid directly to us for professional services. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from travel services or website use.

 

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Live Love Travel, LLC from claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your actions, omissions, or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law and Entire Agreement

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland and constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, remaining provisions shall remain valid.

Modifications and Acceptance

Live Love Travel, LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
